Project Coordinator (Carmarthenshire)

Hours: 35 per week

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Location: Carmarthenshire

This project provides floating support to people at risk of homelessness who live in locality 4 and 5 of Carmarthenshire (including Pendine, St Clears, Whitland, New Castle Emlyn, Pencader – anywhere from Llansteffan in the west to Efailwen in the north), many of whom face multiple disadvantages and co-existing support needs. Therefore, the quality of the support provided will be of the highest standards so that every person can; aspire to their best hopes, preferred futures and progress. The key objective of this project is to prevent homelessness and to support people to live independently in their own home.  This project places a particular emphasis on developing community links with agencies and services that can be accessed and sustained in the longer term once support ends.

The Project Coordinator role is key to translating Caer Las’ strategic vision through the delivery of quality services and highly effective project teams. This role has 5 key performance areas that will form the basis of supervisions, appraisals and other performance review processes:
