Tenancy Support – Prevention & Wellbeing
Salary: £18,450 per annum (£10.13 per hour)
Hours: 35 per week
We are required to deliver support between the hours of 8am – 6pm and the post holder will be expected to provide cover as per the rota.

This service provides housing related support to people who are at risk of homelessness with the overarching objective to prevent homelessness and improve wellbeing.
Many of our clients face multiple disadvantages and co-existing support needs. Therefore, the quality of the support provided will be of the highest standards so that every person can aspire to their best hopes, preferred futures and progress towards independent living.
You will provide a holistic floating support service, supporting people and local authority commissioners. This includes being responsible for all aspects of managing a tenancy support caseload such as completing and developing risk assessments, recording progress and next steps and monitoring and measuring client success. All of which will be undertaken in a client centred and solution focussed approach placing the client at the centre of the service, enabling tenancy sustainment and independent living.
There is a particular emphasis on developing community links with agencies and services that can be accessed and sustained by our clients in the longer term.
As this is a community based floating support service, adherence to lone working policy and procedures is essential.
