 Support Worker, Recovery Orientated Alcohol & Drugs Support (ROADS) Project Swansea

Salary: £18,000 per annum pro rata (£9.89 per hour)

Hours: 24 hours per week (this post involves shift work/evenings and weekend hours)

Our Recovery Orientated Alcohol and Drug Support project works with individuals across a range of accommodation schemes who are over 45 years of age with a history of homelessness and alcohol/substance use.

Dependent on the scheme our residents have their own bedsitter room or self-contained flat, complemented by communal environments and on-site Support Worker liaison.

Support is tailored to meet individual needs, arising from alcohol, drugs, and daily living skills. Residents are expected to participate in their support planning and work towards a degree of independence where possible.
