Caer Las Quality Initiative

We are currently introducing a formalised Quality Management System that will be accredited to ISO 9001– 2015 by December 2017.

We believe that attainment of ISO 9001- 2015 will allow us to define our quality systems across five main areas:

  • Facilities
  • People
  • Training
  • Equipment
  • Services

This framework will also enable us to define the standards, and undertake continuous improvement plans for:

  • The quality of the support, advice and guidance services provided to vulnerable adults
  • The quality of the staff and customer experiences
  • The quality of accommodation services, offices and commercial business premises
  • The quality and impact of investment in workforce development
