Background: Dean has over 30 years’ experience in the public sector, working for local authorities and the NHS. He has managed corporate services and led transformation programmes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Herefordshire and, most recently, in Swansea. He is now a freelance consultant and also undertakes voluntary and community work in the Swansea area. His areas of expertise and interest include: financial strategy, change management, strategic commissioning and organisational development.

Background: Martin has over 40 years experience working across a range of organisations including Telecommunications’, Financial Services, Third Sector and the Service Industry. He was also a Director of an Association Football Club. His areas of expertise include IT, Project Management and Risk Management.

Background: Alison began her career in Broadcasting at the BBC in London in the late Eighties before becoming a professional marketer. She has nearly twenty years’ experience working in senior Marketing roles across a number of Public and Private sector organisations. Alison has previously served on the Board of a Community Arts Organisation in Ceredigion and on the Wales Regional Board of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Her areas of expertise include strategic marketing, key account management and team leadership.

Background: Conrad is a leader in digital business transformation and has 25 years experience in software, industry and management consulting. His areas of expertise include transformation, strategic change, Digital IT & programme management. Conrad works for a leading software company helping customers achieve successful outcomes through the use of Salesforce.com technology. He is hockey player for a local club and serves voluntarily on the board of Hockey Wales.

Background: Hailing from Canada, Sarah has over 10 years’ experience working in marketing and sales in both the private and public sector. Much of her work has been spent focusing on developing small to medium size businesses along with not-for–profits in expanding their reach and generating business. In addition to working Sarah has been an active volunteer for various charitable organisations including theatre, youth centres, cancer wellness programmes, drop-in centres and shelters in both operational roles and fundraising/marketing capacities. Her areas of interest and expertise are within marketing strategy, public relations, fundraising, and business development.
