Outreach and Drop – In
These Projects are designed for people who are homeless, threatened with homelessness or experiencing housing issues.
Support is provided by knowledgeable staff who can help people gain a better understanding of their rights and the options available to them, depending on their circumstances and providing people with non-judgemental solution focussed advice, support and advocacy.
The projects place a heavy emphasis on the prevention and relief of homelessness and rooflessness, assisting people to access or sustain tenancies before they reach housing crisis. As such, the aim is to reduce homelessness and add value to the prevention agenda through specific and bespoke support that addresses both the symptoms and causes of homelessness, including support for mental health conditions, substance misuse, social exclusion, poverty, lack of sustainable income and tenancy sustainability issues.

Support for the street homeless, including winter emergency provisions and referrals to complementary Agencies
