Support Worker, Willow Project, Swansea

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Willow is a 24-hour/7-days week staffed project. The hours worked are currently organised according to a 12-hour shift pattern between 8am and 8pm, covering days, wakeful nights, and include working weekends and bank holidays

 Willow provides a unique service of 24 hour supported accommodation for tenants with complex and enduring mental health conditions. The project offers safe and secure accommodation with support tailored to the needs of the individual. Each tenant has a one-bedroom self-contained flat and can live at the project until they have developed the confidence and skills to move on.

 You will support tenants to promote and enhance the skills for independent living in the community. The support is person-centred allowing tenants to make choices about their lives, wishes and goals.

 Willow is registered with the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales as a Domiciliary Care Agency.

Car owner and Business Insurance essential. DBS required. Staff work on a rota that covers day, nights, and weekends.
